Business problem first, AI second.
We start with what’s broken in your revenue work. Sometimes AI isn’t the answer, and I’ll tell you.
I spent more than 20 years in enterprise software sales and partnerships at companies like IBM, EMC, Seismic, Siemplify, and GigaSpaces. Often I was the first sales hire, building something from zero. I’ve closed big deals and lost plenty, and I learned the same lesson both ways: what matters is what shows up in the numbers.
Now I run Rich Foresight Group from Pawleys Island, South Carolina. I also run a few businesses of my own, Fairway & Ember, Rowner, and GINApp, and I run them with AI operator teams. Agents handle intake, follow-up drafts, morning briefings, and the admin in between. I install the same kind of team for owners who are too busy selling to set it up themselves.

One automation breaks the first time real life doesn’t match the flowchart. A small team of agents with clear jobs, rules, and an owner agent holds up day to day.
Nothing goes out under your name without your approval.
Hours saved, leads answered, follow-ups sent. If I can’t show it in weeks, we stop.
You work with me directly. No hand-off to a junior team, no slide deck, no six-month roadmap. Fixed price, fixed scope, fully remote.
