From Fit Call to a working team in about two weeks.
No six-month discovery. No platform to buy. We set a baseline, install the agents into your tools, test them on real leads with you watching, and hand it off.
The steps
Step 1 — Fit Call (15 minutes, free)
We cover where leads land today, how fast you respond, what follow-up actually happens, and who approves what goes out. You leave with a yes or no and a price in the band.
Step 2 — Kickoff (60–90 minutes)
I capture how you write (tone, sign-off, the phrases you always and never use), what counts as a hot lead, what should never be drafted (pricing, legal, VIP accounts), and how you want your morning brief. We agree on a baseline from the last 2–4 weeks and write down, in your words, what “working” means.
Step 3 — Build (on my side, days 1–5)
I set up the team: a shared voice file, business rules (approval required on every outbound message), and each agent’s job. Then I dry-run it before you ever see it.
Step 4 — Live install and test (60–90 minutes, together)
We connect your tools while you watch, run Intake on recent leads, check that follow-ups land as drafts and nothing sends, and produce a real morning brief. We don’t end the call until you’ve seen a draft you’d actually send and a brief you’d actually read.
Step 5 — Handoff (15–20 minutes)
What runs daily, what needs your approval, where the queue and drafts live, and who to call in week one. Success criteria tied to the three numbers.
Step 6 — Week-1 check-in (20 minutes)
We compare the numbers to the baseline and fix any voice or rule issues. If it’s working, we talk about what the team takes on next.
What “done” looks like.
| We ship | We don’t ship |
|---|---|
| Drafts that sound like you | Generic AI voice |
| Approval required on every outbound path | Anything that auto-sends |
| A brief you can read in under 3 minutes | A wall of text |
| A short, prioritized lead queue | A dump of every lead |
| Metrics defined and baselined | “It feels better” |
If it doesn’t pay, we stop.
AI doesn’t get a pass because “it takes time.” We baseline before go-live and check at handoff and week one. If leads touched, response time, and follow-ups aren’t moving, we stop or reset. That’s in the SOW.
