What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us: the details you enter in the contact form or when you book a Fit Call (such as your name, email address, company, and anything you write in your message), and the contents of any email you send us.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, schedule and prepare for your Fit Call, and follow up about our services. Forms and scheduling are handled by third-party tools (HubSpot and Google Calendar), which process the information on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you’ve shared, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
