The Sales / Revenue Ops Pilot Operator

A small AI agent team that runs lead intake, follow-up drafts, and a daily revenue brief. Live in about 1–2 weeks. Nothing sends without your approval. Fixed price: $2,500–$4,500.

One way in. Prove it, then grow it.

Who the Pilot is for

  • SMB owners and sales leaders buried in lead response, follow-up, and pipeline upkeep
  • Founder-led or sales-led teams where the owner still touches revenue
  • Not for enterprise RevOps committees, platform selection projects, or AI workshops

What’s installed

AgentJob
IntakeCaptures new leads and inquiries and scores them (hot / warm / cold) into a short daily queue
Follow-upDrafts in your voice for quiet prospects; drafts land in your approval queue; no auto-send
Morning BriefingCalendar + overnight email + open deals that need a move, delivered at the time and in the channel you choose
Owner agentRoutes exceptions, escalates to a human when it should, and keeps the specialists on rails

Also included

  • Kickoff session (60–90 minutes) to capture your voice, tone, and rules
  • Setup inside tools you already use: email, calendar, and your CRM or lead list, as agreed at kickoff
  • A baseline of the three promise metrics before go-live
  • Live install and joint test session (60–90 minutes) on real or sample leads
  • Handoff: daily rhythm, who watches the queue, week-1 success criteria
  • Week-1 check-in to review the numbers against the baseline

What it isn’t (out of the Pilot)

  • A full CRM rebuild or migration
  • A cold outbound or list-buying engine
  • An AI SDR that sends on its own
  • Custom model training or engineering builds
  • Company-wide AI platform selection
  • Ongoing work after handoff (that’s the Retainer)

The numbers we track

  1. Leads touched (per week)
  2. Time-to-first-response (hours)
  3. Follow-ups sent with approval (per week)

Baseline comes from your last 2–4 weeks where we can get it. Readout at handoff and again at the week-1 check-in. If it doesn’t move these in weeks, we stop or reset.

Pricing

$2,500–$4,500, fixed. The number depends on how many tools we connect, your lead volume, and how complex your rules are. We set it on the Fit Call, before you commit to anything.

  • 50% to start, 50% at live handoff
  • Fully remote
  • You keep paying for your own tool subscriptions (for example, an AI seat if your setup needs one). I won’t make you buy a new platform.
  • Changes to scope are agreed in writing first

When the Pilot pays, we keep building.

Once the team is earning its keep, a Retainer extends it into the next jobs: proposal drafts, meeting notes, CRM hygiene, and ongoing prioritization. It’s scoped and priced after the Pilot, based on what the numbers showed. No one buys a Retainer on faith.

FAQ

Will it send emails on its own?

No. Every follow-up lands as a draft for you or your named approver. Nothing goes out without a human click.

What tools does it work with?

The ones you already use: your email, your calendar, and your CRM or lead list. We confirm the exact setup on the Fit Call.

How much of my time does it take?

A 15-minute Fit Call, a 60–90 minute kickoff, a 60–90 minute install-and-test session, and a short handoff. After that, a few minutes a day approving drafts and reading the brief.

What if it doesn’t work?

We set the baseline before go-live and check the numbers at handoff and week one. If they aren’t moving, we stop or reset. You don’t sign up for a Retainer unless the Pilot earned it.

Is this a chatbot?

No. It’s a team of agents doing back-office sales work: intake, follow-up drafts, and your daily brief. Your customers don’t talk to a bot.

What about my data?

The agents work inside your existing accounts with the access you grant at kickoff. Things like pricing, legal, and VIP accounts can be marked off-limits for drafting.
